Morgan Lawrence specialises in printing, publishing, and managing softcover, hard-book, and e-books for high-profile football and sporting personalities.

After establishing immediate short-term success in publishing for well- known sporting stars, Morgan Lawrence is now expanding into the world of self-publishing for anyone who has a story to tell. This new service will offer everyone with a compelling story the opportunity to write and publish their own book.

Barrie Pierpoint (Director) said that ‘conveying an interesting story into words is often a complex challenge, leading to many people being put off by the immense task of writing a book. We work with clients every step of the way in documenting their literary journey’.

In the last two years, Morgan Lawrence has released multiple best-selling books on Amazon, including ‘The Reality of the Dream’ and ‘You Must Be Joachim’ by former Premier League footballers Malcolm Christie and Julian Joachim respectively.
Malcolm rose to fame as a 19-year-old who went immediately from non- league football straight to the top tier, signing for Derby County in the Premier League, with Julian quickly becoming a fan-favourite at Leicester City from a young age, before signing for Aston Villa in 1996.

Morgan Lawrence has also published books for former Nottingham Forest and European Cup winner Gary Mills and has upcoming releases for player-turned-manager Danny Wilson and former England and Villa star Tony Daley. Wilson has won the Football League Cup with both Luton Town and Sheffield Wednesday and achieved automatic promotion with Barnsley to the Premier League for the first time in the club’s history.

‘Aside from our work for sporting personalities, we have been approached by many people who are looking to write their own book. Self-publishing is unique because it really does offer anyone the chance to put their own stories into writing, whether it be a real-life journey or an imaginary tale’ said Pierpoint.

He also added – ‘one of our clients recently wrote a book about the stories of their loving parents – they had no prior experience in writing whatsoever but very much enjoyed going through the process of self- publishing and seeing the end result’. The self-publishing service offers authors the opportunity to produce more books, based on their own personal ambitions. Some authors may wish to have a lot of copies to outlet their story on a broader scale, whereas others prefer to produce only a few copies for immediate family and friends.

Morgan Lawrence’s services include ghostwriting, ISBNs, cover design and editing, and layout assistance.

The perfect outlet for people who want to tell their stories, but don’t know where to start.
